Reporting logic for multiple choice questions

Some Yes/No questions will generate a multiple choice follow up question when the non-compliance (NC) choice is selected.

In this screenshot case, choosing Yes will generate the following follow up question to provide further details for the NC:

The following entries will be generated in the report:

  • A NC entry in the report for each option that was selected, as per SLCP business rules. In the example image, the report will generate 3 NC entries, for Race / Skin color, Sex / Gender & Religion.
  • The NE options with finding notes will appear in the «Additional information» section of the report. In the image, that would be all the non selected options. They can be viewed in the tab «No evidence of NC» in the report page.

However, it is now possible to hide this information from the Additional information section. To do so, in the Reporting page, it is possible to open any of these questions, and do updates on the finding notes. To hide them, click on « update » button, and remove the finding notes.

Removing the finding notes will make the « No evidence of NC » question no longer appear in the report.

By default, when answering to a question with options, if the assessor puts a comment, this comment will be used as the default finding notes of the NC only (the selected options). No evidence of NC won’t have default finding notes, and so will not appear in the report.

When answering a question with text / number / date input, the behavior won’t change. If the assessor provides a comment, it will be used as the default finding of related calculated NC / No evidence of NC (but can be changed later if needed).
