How to reset a password

This process is for users who have forgotten their password, want to change it for security reasons or do not have a password at all for their accounts.

Requirements: the user must have already registered with the system using an email address.

1. On the login page of the Factory Module (FM), enter the email address and click Login

2. You will be redirected to the sign in page of the identity provider. Click on Forgot Password link

3. Enter your email and click Sumbit

4. You will receive an email with further instructions. Click the link on the email. This link will expire 5 minutes after generation, if it expires, repeat from step 1

5. Enter the new password and click submit. You will be redirected to the FM home page
