How to handle negative multiple choice questions in the report

Negative multiple choice questions are those multiple choice questions where the assessor has to select the complying options and leave the non compliant ones unselected.

1- Select the options and introduce a comment:

2- If you export the report now, the non-compliant unselected "Electrical wirings are in a safe place" will appear as NC (this is a negative question, so unselected is non compliance). Every selected option may appear in additional information in the report, with the provided comment as finding, if this is an old report. For new ones, they should not appear by default.

3- If the selected options appear in the report, follow these steps to remove them. Go to report page, No Evidence tab, you should see the 5 selected options there. Open one, click on update, remove the comment and click save. This will hide it from the additional finding section. Repeat for the other options if you do not want them in the report. Alternatively, if you DO want an option to appear in Additional Information, you must provide a comment for it.

4- Generate report again. Now, the unselected option should be in NC, and the other options should be hidden from the report.
